Created in the first instance as a tool to assist our clients of liner division, our forwarding activities have meanwhile be extended to other clients.
Our experience in certain area’s has been beneficial to both exporters and importers. Upon the request of our principals we handle most of the FOB traffics for which the line is called upon by the local importers. We handle delivery of the goods from the exporters premises, arrange discharging in warehouse or on the quayside. Documentation, customs clearance and in case of need re-packing and labelling can be performed.
A similar work is performed for import cargoes whereby we can arrange all formalities and duties in respect of Custom’s Clearance.
Transportation, insurance and surveys can be arranged.
Newman is working with carefully selected sub contractors and perform it’s duties according to the standards of the Antwerp Forwarding Association.
